Did you make the cake yourself? I love it! Looks like Kadin had a great birthday party! Hope his real day was great today too! As for the opposition thing-- I have to admit I hate watching the news. It is always so depressing and makes the world seem like such a nasty, evil place... instead I like focusing on my own little world that's at least happy and innocent. My sister Lisa teaches at an inner city high school-- the stories she tells about her students who live in poverty and abusive situations and pregnant or failing in school are so sad!! She does have a couple of students this year who are working so hard to graduate and have scholarships to college and are trying to pull themselves out of poverty. What a blessed life I have had!!!
